HIM is a Finnish rock band founded in 1991 by vocalist Ville Valo, guitarist Mikko Lindstrom and bassist Mikko Paananen. Since 1999, drummer Mika Karppinen has been a regular participant, and since 2001, keyboardist Janne Puurtinen. Between 1997 and 2013, the group released eight studio albums. HIM is the first Finnish band in the world whose album (Dark Light) has been certified gold disc by the American record label association. In Finland, Greatest Lovesongs vol. 666, Deep Shadows and Brilliant Highlights, Love Metal and Dark Light received platinum statuses, Razorblade Romance – 2 × platinum.

Bon Jovi is an American rock band from New Jersey, formed in 1983.
